The equipment asset management system is a key focus of power plant information construction. SyncPlant equipment asset management follows the main line of equipment design, installation, operation, establishment, and maintenance, realizing the full process management of defects and technological transformation management of power plant equipment from project generation, implementation to acceptance. For a specific device, there is not only basic information such as device basic information, device parameters, device classification, and device level, but also real-time information such as device maintenance records, device defect history, and device changes.

The system solidifies the preventive maintenance, inspection, scheduled maintenance, and major/minor repair processes of thermal power plant equipment in a software workflow, thereby strengthening the business connection between departments and achieving process management of the maintenance process. Through the integration of equipment management and material management, the system provides maintenance personnel with information on spare parts inventory, preparation, approval, and procurement of material plans, as well as the entire process of material acceptance, storage, requisition, and consumption. Through the integration of equipment management, plan management, and budget control, maintenance personnel can calculate the budget cost of the project in a timely manner while formulating the project plan. Based on this, they can determine the overall cost of major and minor repairs, technical renovation plan costs, and annual maintenance plan costs. After the project is implemented, they can conduct statistical and auxiliary analysis of the entire project cost.

Establish a static information database for equipment ledger based on the established equipment coding system (supporting KKS coding), recording the basic technical parameters, original procurement information (manufacturing and installation), important technical parameters, equipment logic, and physical address of the equipment; At the same time, by associating with other functional modules through device coding, a device dynamic information card is formed, including the current quantity of spare parts, historical defects, and maintenance records.

Ticket Management

Work order management focuses on the creation, review, execution, and closure of work orders. After defect registration, confirm the defect handling method through information flow. The processed defects are automatically archived in the corresponding equipment ledger, and the phenomena, causes, and defect elimination measures of the faults during the processing are archived in the equipment fault database. Defect information can also be directly notified to the relevant responsible person through mobile SMS.
