1、 Manufacturer and Product Overview

Anhui Meikang specializes in producing zirconia flue gas analyzers, also known as zirconia oxygen content analyzers or oxygen analyzers, which can monitor the concentration and oxygen content of flue gas online and provide data support for optimizing production for enterprises. The product is mainly used in multiple industries such as power (thermal power plants, waste to energy plants, biomass power plants, etc.), steel, chemical industry, environmental protection, etc. It covers various types such as low-temperature direct insertion, low-temperature anti-corrosion, low-temperature waterproof, etc. It adopts a split design and is equipped with flange protection pipes and ceramic filters. The protection pipe materials include stainless steel 304 and 316, which can display oxygen content online and transmit 4-20mA signals remotely. It is compatible with PLC or DCS systems for remote monitoring.

1. Zirconia analyzer series

-ZOA series: including various models such as ZOA-1 oxygen analyzer, ZOA-P180 oxygen analyzer, ZOA-3A wall mounted oxygen analyzer, etc.

-CE-2C-ZO-12B-1000: Range 0-25% (also covering 0-20.6%), output 4-20mA current signal, using CE-2C wall mounted LCD display instrument, matched with ZO-12B-1000 component, probe insertion depth can be selected from various lengths such as 1000mm, 1200mm, etc.

-ZrO2-II-OXT-3000 type: divided into direct insertion and extraction types. ZrO2-II type is a wall mounted flange direct insertion type, with digital and LCD displays, and a protective tube made of stainless steel 304 material and ceramic filter; The OXT-3000 model is suitable for waste to energy plants and uses stainless steel 316L double-layer protective pipes with anti-corrosion and waterproof properties.

-Probe and accessories: flange installation, probe outer diameter 155mm, hole spacing 130mm (customizable), insertion depth 0-1500mm (customizable), protective tube material 316L, diameter 48mm, equipped with silicon carbide or ceramic filter, smoke temperature resistance 0-700 degrees.

2. Power Plant (Waste to Energy Plant)

-Display and output: Similar to coal-fired boilers, it has LCD display, multiple communication functions, etc.

-Probe and accessories: flange installation, specifications similar to coal-fired boiler models, protective tube material 316L, diameter 57mm, using waterproof and anti-corrosion zirconia tube, matched with silicon carbide or ceramic filter, flue gas temperature resistance 0-700 degrees.

3. High temperature extraction type (steel plants, glass kilns, building materials industry)

-Display and output: It also has LCD display, multiple communication functions, etc.

-Probe and accessories: flange installation, protective tube material 316L, recrystallized silicon carbide protective tube diameter 35mm/25mm, smoke temperature resistance 0-1600 degrees, equipped with jet pump, pressure gauge, high-temperature flange tee and other accessories, suitable for negative pressure environment, requiring compressed air of about 0.4MPA.
