1、 Overview:

This product is suitable forGB/T3048The direct current resistance measurement of various power cables and electrical equipment wires and cables specified in the "Methods for Testing Electrical Properties of Wires and Cables" can also be used for direct current resistance measurement of other conductor materials. It uses a forward and backward screw quick clamping and withdrawal structure supplemented by an adjustable tensioning device, making it more convenient and flexible to use. The voltage and current fixtures are separated to improve the contact point with the sample.

This device adopts an aluminum alloy bottom plate, with a reasonable structure and convenient use.

3、 Usage:

1. Adjust the distance. Since the clamp head of this fixture is adjustable, it is necessary to check whether the distance between the two voltage clamps is 1 before measurementm.

2. Adjust the distance between adjacent current fixtures and voltage fixtures to be no less than 1.5 times the circumference of the tested sample section.

3. Wiring. Connect the bridge to the bridge fixture, and connect the wires between the two voltage clamps inside the fixture.

4. Install the sample. Unscrew the two current fixtures, place the sample in current fixtures ① and ④, straighten the sample, and clamp it tightly; Rotate the tensioning handle ⑥ to tighten the specimen (do not apply too much force); Gently clamp voltage clamps ② and ③ until they make effective contact.

5. The experiment begins and is recorded.

4、 Maintenance of fixtures:

1. Regularly add a small amount of lubricating oil to the sliding parts.

2. Regularly clean and wipe the fixture to prevent metal debris or other objects from causing conductivity between the clamp and the bottom plate ⑤ and affecting the test results.
