Detailed introduction of composite pipelines
PVC/FRP composite pipes are lined with high-quality hard PVC pipes, treated with special physical and chemical treatments at the interface, and coated with an R adhesive transition layer consisting of PVC and FRP amphiphilic components. They are reinforced with glass fiber and resin spiral or circumferential mechanical winding fiberglass reinforced plastic. This pipeline combines the corrosion resistance of PVC with the high strength and good temperature resistance of FRP, expanding the application range of single PVC and FRP pipes. PP/FRP composite pipeline
PP/FRP composite pipes are lined with high-quality PP pipes, chemically treated at the interface, reinforced with high-strength fibers and synthetic resins, and mechanically wound together. Production Process Description of PVC/FRP Pipes
The PVC/FRP pipeline equipment is manufactured using our latest version of CNC fiber winding machine. The specific manufacturing process is as follows:
1. Carefully read the design documents, pay attention to key issues such as raw material selection, dimensions of each part, selection of molds, and layer design, and have a clear understanding.
2. Equipment debugging. Firstly, carefully inspect the operation and working parts of the equipment to ensure they are functioning properly. Particularly, carefully check if there are any blockages in the resin curing agent two-component pump and if the ratio between them meets the design requirements.
3. Polish the surface of the PVC pipe body to ensure that there are no pits, dust, debris, or other attachments. The surface should be smooth, and any problems should be repaired and maintained in a timely manner;
4. Make the intermediate layer, and after polishing the PVC cylinder, hand lay a layer of short cut felt on the surface of the pipe using PVC and fiberglass adhesive A410-901.
5. Overall strengthening.
Connect the assembled equipment casing to the CNC fiber winding machine, and polish and trim the outer surface of the equipment casing. Input the designed parameters into the microcomputer, and the microcomputer controls the reciprocating movement of alkali free and untwisted glass fiber
Wrap until the thickness of the winding layer is reached. Apply an outer protective layer with 100% resin content according to the specified thickness. The resin content of the winding layer is generally around 35%, and its thickness depends on the comprehensive strength and stiffness of the pipeline design.
The infrared curing pipeline enters the curing and maintenance stage. During the curing process, the mold should be kept rolling at an appropriate speed to ensure uniform curing. During the curing process, attention should be paid to monitoring the temperature of the pipe body and adjusting the curing plan reasonably.
Production Process Description of PVC/FRP Storage Tanks

4. Make the intermediate layer, and after polishing the PVC cylinder, hand lay a layer of short cut felt on the surface of the cylinder using PVC and fiberglass adhesive A410-901.
5. Overall strengthening.
(1) Connect the assembled equipment casing to the CNC fiber winding machine, and polish and trim the outer surface of the equipment casing.
(2) Use short cut felt to locally strengthen the stress concentration area at the bottom of the lower seal and the corner of the cylinder, adjust the winding angle and head wrapping angle, and according to the stress concentration characteristics of the head, the width of the lower head wrapping should be greater than 250mm,
The height of the cylinder wrapping is 400mm.
(3) Adopting the method of one to three layers, unwinding and spraying, spraying yarn, alternating between circular and cross winding, and adjusting the inner lining speed and fiber tension to ensure the resin content of the tank wall. The bottom surface of the lower head of the external inclined bottom equipment is not perpendicular to the equipment axis. Adjust the winding equipment and winding parameters, and strengthen the overall cross winding with a winding length greater than the length of the equipment cylinder. Rotate the equipment body by 1200, and the winding yarn forms a bud shaped wrapping around the upper and lower heads of the equipment.
(4) Process inspection, deep solidification.
6. Assemble the pipe mouth. Mark and locate according to the drawing, and install the pipe opening with holes.
7. External protective layer. After the overall production is completed (including the installation of accessories), the protective layer shall be sprayed, and the anti-aging gel coat resin shall be added with ultraviolet absorber and toughener.
8. If it is a tower body, after the overall winding is completed, it should be disconnected according to the size of the tower section, and PVC cylinder flanges should be welded and strengthened separately.
9. Send for inspection.
