Capacitive thin film vacuum gaugedescription
The PT124B-212 capacitive pressure gauge uses highly stable capacitive sensitive components with excellent overvoltage resistance and long-term stability, making it suitable for precision vacuum measurement that is crucial for process control in the photovoltaic, semiconductor, and industrial markets. Advanced manufacturing technology and processes ensure repeatability in application scenarios. The working voltage of this pressure gauge is 24V DC, with a standard (0~10) V DC analog output signal, full-scale measurement, and a usable range of 1Torr (133Pa) to 10Torr (1.33kPa).
Main Features
Industry standard connector
High precision: standard ± 0.5% reading, optional ± 0.25% reading
Precision membrane ensures excellent performance
Wide range of working temperature compensation
Low circuit noise and fast response
Not easily affected by changes in environmental conditions
Excellent anti overvoltage design
Capacitive thin film vacuum gaugeCalibration operation instructions
1. Calibration preparation
2. Remove the window protection buckle corresponding to 0.5T, 5T, and 10T adjustment;
3. Prepare a small screwdriver.
calibration operation
1. Adjust the external air pressure to 0.5T, wait for 1 minute for the air pressure to stabilize, and then use a small screwdriver to rotate the 0.5T potentiometer clockwise half a turn and then back half a turn;
2. Adjust the external air pressure to 5T, wait for 1 minute for the air pressure to stabilize, and then use a small screwdriver to turn the 5T button;
3. Adjust the external air pressure to 10T, wait for 1 minute for the air pressure to stabilize, and then use a small screwdriver to rotate the 10T potentiometer clockwise for half a turn and then back for half a turn;
4. After completing the above three steps, the calibration is complete.
Precautions for calibration operation
1. During the calibration process, it is necessary to wait for 1 minute for the external air pressure to stabilize before rotating the 0.5T and 10T potentiometers or turning the 5T button. After the 10T calibration is completed, the transmitter automatically saves the recorded data.
2. If it is necessary to recalibrate the 0.5T or 5T pressure points, the 10T pressure also needs to be recalibrated (the 10T potentiometer also serves as a storage function)
