Burkert2702 regulating valve Baode flow 2702 control valve 2702 control valve consists of a 316L angle seat valve body and a sturdy pneumatic piston actuator. The parabolic shape of the trimming result is approximately 35% larger in fl characteristics than conventional control valves. It can be used on stainless steel or stainless steel, and can also be sealed with durable polytetrafluoroethylene. The 2702 model can be driven by continuous TopControl models 8692/8693/8694 or SideControl models 8635 and 8792/93.

The parabolic shape of the trimming result is approximately 35% larger in fl characteristics than conventional control valves. It can be used on stainless steel or stainless steel, and can also be sealed with durable polytetrafluoroethylene. The 2702 model can be driven by continuous TopControl models 8692/8693/8694 or SideControl models 8635 and 8792/93. Therefore, the top control/side control uses pneumatic actuators as a complete control valve system, forming a mechanical and functional component. The system has been designed for reliable and precise control, and high FL rate is an advantage in applications.

Model display:

2702 angle seat valve, with the largest diameter DN50, has been used in China before. Advantages: good cost-effectiveness. Disadvantages: Larger diameters cannot meet the requirements, and there is no flange connection

2712 pneumatic control valve straight seat valve, with the largest diameter up to DN100, disadvantage: high price. Advantages: Multiple installation interface options, suitable for large-diameter pipelines

Installation and Debugging

  1. Installation key points
    • Flow direction identificationEnsure that the fluid direction is consistent with the valve body arrow (to avoid sealing failure caused by reverse installation).
    • vertical installationPrioritize the installation method where the valve core is perpendicular to the ground to reduce particle deposition (such as in sewage scenarios).
    • Pipeline dampingIn situations with high vibration (such as pump outlet), flexible joints or shock-absorbing brackets need to be installed.
  2. Debugging steps
    • Zero point and range calibrationSet the input signal range through the controller or HMI interface (e.g. 4 mA corresponds to 0% opening, 20 mA corresponds to 100% opening).
    • Dead zone adjustmentOptimize control sensitivity (such as reducing dead zone from ± 0.5% to ± 0.2%) to reduce steady-state errors.
    • Response curve testingInput a step signal (such as jumping from 10% to 90%), record the valve response time and overshoot, and adjust the PID parameters if necessary.
  3. Common troubleshooting
    • Valve shakingCheck if the input signal is stable (such as signal fluctuations caused by electromagnetic interference), or adjust the PID parameters (increase integration time).
    • Leakage exceeding the standardReplace the sealing components (such as worn PTFE valve seats), or check if the valve body is deformed (requiring return to the factory for repair).
    • Drive overheatingReduce the ambient temperature or improve ventilation conditions, or check for overload operation (such as frequent start stop).
