Overview
The RST series touchscreen rheometer has two modes for controlling both shear rate (or RPM) and shear stress (or torque Torque), making it particularly suitable for complex rheological analysis. The RST rheometer has a multi-step testing program function, automatic recognition function of the measurement system, user-friendly graphical display LED touch screen, user-defined data security management function, rotor quick connection function, and automatic gap adjustment function.

Instrument features: (New touch screen cone plate rheometer, suitable for rheological testing of small samples and wide shear rate range)

1. The sample usage is minimal, allowing for rapid testing and easy cleaning.

2. During measurement, the shear rate and shear stress can be controlled to study the process from initial yield to flow of materials.

3. Temperature control can be achieved through circulating water bath, Peltier or electronic heating methods. The use of a Peltier temperature control system can quickly raise the temperature of the sample plate, thereby obtaining a fast viscosity temperature curve.

4. Multiple rotor options to meet different sample testing needs.

5. The board measurement system can test high filling samples.

Instrument features: (New touch screen rheometer, suitable for precise shear rate control and rheological measurement of absolute viscosity)

1The geometric shape of the coaxial cylindrical rotor/sample cup can accurately control the shear rate, test the single point absolute viscosity of QC, and perform complete rheological analysis.

2The required sample size is small, making it easy to control the temperature during testing.

3. Single machine operation is allowed to be used on the production site.

Instrument features: (New touch screen rheometer, suitable for rheological measurement of paste, slurry, and particulate matter)

1. By using paddle rotors, it is easy to measure difficult to measure samples such as suspensions, slurries, and rigid pastes.

2. Can provide data related to material viscoelasticity. For example, yield stress, shear modulus (the original stiffness of the object structure), and creep recovery.

3. It is possible to quantify certain meaningful properties of an object, such as volatility, fluidity, consistency, and organizational structure.

4. The rotor with paddle structure will not damage the structure of the sample when inserted.
