4. Usage and precautions:

1To verify the authenticity of the finished product, take two different specifications of wires (which can be wires from different manufacturers labeled as the same specification) and cut them into the same length.

2Connect the two wires to the left, middle, and right terminals of the testing instrument. When operating, tighten it slightly!

3Equipped with a temperature measuring type, clamp two thermocouple clamps onto two different conductors.

4Press the power button, then press the start switch to adjust the current

1.0Adjust the square current to approximately100A，2.5Adjust the square current to approximately150A

4.0Adjust the square current to approximately200A，6.0Adjust the square current to approximately300A

High current, fast heating, and more obvious effect!

5、 Attention: It is safe to test the voltage on the wire. During testing, do not touch the wire with your hands. Be careful not to get hot at high temperatures! In a few seconds, the poor quality wire leather changes, becoming soft and burnt.

6The experiment has basically ended, and the results have been determined! One was burnt into a coke like state, while the other remained intact.

7If both are genuine wires and cannot be seen by the eyes, a temperature sensor can be connected and the wires can be used rated current1~2When measuring, check which one heats up faster and which one heats up slower! Result judgment: Of course, wires are better if the heating rate is slow!
