● Technical features:

2) Drip point: The temperature at which the lubricating grease transitions from a semi-solid state to a liquid state under testing conditions, known as the drip point. The general drop point test conforms to the ASTM D566 and D2265 standard methods;
3) This type of testing was originally done manually and is now fully automated. It can automatically adjust the heating rate, starting at 5.5 ℃/min and later decreasing to 1 ℃/min. It detects droplets and saves them to memory for the operator to process. The unique cooling system quickly cools the heating furnace, making it convenient to start new sample testing in a few minutes;
4) Ceramic coated stainless steel surface, desktop structure;
5) Stainless steel heater;
6) Water cooling system: It can cool the heating block at the end of analysis. After the droplet point is detected, the cooling cycle automatically starts to execute. The cooling time can be programmed through the keyboard;

The controller initially heats the heater at a heating rate of 5.5 ℃/min, and when the temperature of the sample has risen to 18 ℃ below the estimated value, the heating rate decreases to 1-1.5 ℃/min;
