Anti freezing controller is an electric switch that controls the temperature range and can be matched with solenoid valves to control the temperature of cold storage. 1. Saturated water vapor pressure:
The amount of water vapor in a gas has a limit, and when this amount reaches the limit, it is called saturated. The water vapor pressure at this point is called saturated water vapor pressure. This physical quantity also changes with temperature and pressure, and below 0 ℃, even at the same humidity, the saturated water vapor pressure (esw) coexisting with water and the saturated water vapor pressure (esi) coexisting with ice are different. The commonly used saturated water vapor pressure is the one coexisting with water (esw).
2. Relative humidity:
In metrology, humidity is defined as the "quantity of the state of an object". The humidity referred to in daily life is relative humidity, expressed in RH%. In general, it refers to the percentage of water vapor content (water vapor pressure e) in a gas (usually air) that is equal to the saturated water vapor content (saturated water vapor pressure es) in air.

However, changes in temperature and pressure lead to changes in the saturated water vapor pressure, and RH will also change accordingly.
3. Humidity:
The mass (g) of water vapor contained in a unit volume (1m3) of gas.

However, even if the amount of water vapor is the same, the gas volume will also change due to changes in temperature and pressure, that is, the humidity D will change. D is the volume reference.
4. Dew point:
Gases with higher temperatures also contain more water vapor. After cooling this gas, even if the amount of water vapor does not change, the relative humidity increases. When it reaches a certain temperature, the relative humidity reaches saturation. At this point, if cooling continues, some of the water vapor will condense into dew. The temperature at this point is the dew point temperature. When the dew point freezes below 0 ℃, it is called frost point.
Maintenance of antifreeze controller
1. When cleaning, do not use corrosive liquids such as acidic or alkaline liquids, or damp cloths to wipe, in order to avoid damage to the temperature controller and affect its normal use.
2. Do not decorate or cover the temperature controller. The thermostat is equipped with a built-in temperature sensing device to sense the external temperature. Therefore, the outer cover of the thermostat should not be decorated or covered with cotton, linen, silk or other items.
3. Attention should be paid to dust-proof and waterproof temperature controllers. When decorating indoors, attention should be paid to the dust and water resistance of the temperature controller. Avoid sand and wood chips from falling into the ventilation holes of the temperature controller during decoration, which may cause damage to the temperature controller. Fourthly, do not cover the temperature controller. The temperature controller should not be obstructed by furniture or other items. If it affects the decoration of the living room or changes the installation position of the temperature controller, professional technicians can be hired to make modifications.
