Air duct production line

The air duct production line can be defined as the entire process of forming air ducts, which is independently completed by one machine.

According to the processing technology of the air duct,

Simply put, the entire process from cutting the coil material to forming the air duct is continuously and independently completed by machine processing equipment.

The intermediate process does not require anyone's participation or operation.

A complete air duct production line should achieve the following functions.

1. Roll material selection and cutting function; You can choose 2-6 different thicknesses or materials of roll materials.

2. Compression and flattening function; This function is for adjusting the process before processing the coil material to prevent the generation of waste.

3. Drilling, chamfering, and slotting functions; This function can complete the production of air duct installation holes, avoiding the inconvenience caused by later drilling.

4. Cut off function; This function separates the sheet material from the roll material and proceeds to the next processing step.

5. Transmission function; Facilitating the automatic processing of coil materials for the next step.

6. Bite; This function enables the edge pressing operation of sheet metal and the production of joint angles.

7. Common plate flange forming; This function is a key step in making double-sided common plate flanges.

8. Bending forming;toThe next process is completed, and the common flange rectangular air duct has been formed.
