ASJ Rail Transit Subway Station Residual Current Relay
1. Overview
ASJ Rail Transit Subway Station Residual Current RelayIt can be combined with low-voltage circuit breakers or low-voltage contactors to form a combined residual current protection device, mainly suitable for TT and TN system distribution lines with AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 400V and below. It is used to provide grounding fault protection for electrical lines, prevent equipment damage and electrical fire accidents caused by grounding fault currents, and can also be used to provide indirect contact protection for personal electric shock hazards.
The product meets the requirements of GB/T22387-2016 "Residual Current Operated Relays".
2. Model specifications


Note 1: The adjustable function of the relay refers to the user's ability to set the relay's power on initialization state and output state through the dip switch on the panel. Please refer to section 5.2 for specific setting methods.
Note 2: Optional communication function, RS485 interface, Modbus RTU communication, model ASJ10L-LD1A/C.
3. Technical parameters

Note 3: The rated residual operating current I Δ n of ASJ10L-LD1A is continuously adjustable from 10mA to 30A;
Note 4: The non driving time Δ t of ASJ10L-LD1A is continuously adjustable from 0 to 10 seconds.

4 Installation Guide
4.1 Appearance and Installation Hole Size
The appearance and installation hole size are shown in the following figure.

The specific dimensions of the instrument are shown in the table below.

4.2 Installation Instructions
4.2.1 Instrument installation steps
The installation method of ASJ20 series instruments is panel installation, with buckle compression fixation on both sides. The specific operation is as follows:
1) On the distribution panel, select a suitable location to cut 45mm * 45mm installation holes;
2) Remove the residual current relay and remove the fixed buckle;
3) Insert the instrument into the opening of the distribution panel, and after installing the instrument, fix it with a buckle for installation.
The specific operation is shown in the following figure.

The installation method of ASJ10 series instruments is rail installation, using standard 35mm rail installation.
4.2.2 Attachment Installation Method
The attachments include residual current transformers and magnetic rings. The residual current transformer passes through all phase and neutral lines, is installed in the cabinet, and is securely fixed. The secondary side wiring is connected to the instrument wiring terminals 40 and 41 through a magnetic ring. The installation method of the magnetic ring is shown in the following figure, which is installed near the instrument wiring end, and the wiring is wound around the magnetic ring twice.
