    • Appearance cleaning: Clean the charging gun, charging interface, and heat dissipation hole dust every week to prevent poor contact or blocked heat dissipation.

    • Connection tightening: Check the charging module and control unit wiring terminals for looseness every month, and tighten them with a torque wrench (such as M4 bolts with a torque of 1.2-1.5N · m).

    • Liquid cooling system: Check the coolant level and pipeline leaks every quarter. If the liquid level is below the lower limit, add a mixture of deionized water and ethylene glycol (1:1 ratio).
