The APView400 photovoltaic energy storage power quality monitoring device adopts a high-performance multi-core platform and embedded operating system, and measures various power indicators in accordance with the measurement methods specified in IEC61000-4-30 "Testing and Measurement Techniques - Power Quality Measurement Methods". It integrates functions such as harmonic analysis, waveform acquisition, voltage sag/sag/interruption, flash edge detection, voltage imbalance monitoring, event recording, and measurement control.

High performance hardware platform

The device adopts a dual ARM core processor based on Xilinx SoC architecture. ARM1 is used for data sampling and power quality data calculation, while ARM2 runs embedded Linux, TCP/IP protocol, HTTP protocol, web server, and storage, statistics, and analysis of power quality data. The device samples up to 1024 points per cycle and has high measurement accuracy to accurately record fault waveforms. The eMMC imported high-speed storage chip has a capacity of 32GB and can store event records, fault waveforms, and other data for a long time. Featuring a user-friendly interface, the 800 * 480 pixel dot matrix color large-sized LCD allows users to view real-time waveforms and fault waveforms on-site, facilitating fault analysis.
Rich interface resources
16 AC voltage/current channels, capable of simultaneously connecting multiple sets of voltage and current, such as single set voltage and current, dual set voltage and current, etc; 16 programmable passive relay outlets and 22 active switch input channels; Two RS485 interfaces support Modbus RTU protocol; 4 Ethernet interfaces, supporting Modbus TCP, IEC61850, and Web Server; 1 GPS timing interface, supporting IRIG-B timing mode; 1 RS232 interface for connecting to a printer; 1 USB interface, can be used for file export and device maintenance.

  1. Maintenance precautions:

    • The display screen is an LCD screen, and it should be avoided to press or use sharp tools to scratch.

    • Instruments are precision measuring equipment and should be avoided from being dropped or bumped.

    • The reading frequency of the storage card is relatively high. It is recommended to replace the storage card every three years to ensure the normal storage of data in the device.

  2. Maintenance precautions:

    • If the instrument malfunctions during the warranty period, a warranty card should be provided for reference, and the fault phenomenon should be described in detail.

    • If the instrument malfunctions outside the warranty period, the company still provides repair services. If repair is required at the manufacturer, the instrument should be packaged and transported according to the requirements.

    • Original packaging boxes and materials should be used as much as possible to avoid damage to the instrument during transportation due to improper packaging.
