Overview
The 7KW vehicle mounted gasoline generator is a mobile generator. Before use, the chassis must be parked on a stable foundation and must not be moved during operation. When a gasoline generator is running, even without excitation, it should be considered to have voltage. It is prohibited to work on the rotating gasoline generator lead out line, touch the rotor with hands, or clean it. Gasoline generators in operation must not be covered with canvas or other materials.

When using, first place the conical guide tube on the upper end of the cylinder liner of the piston connecting rod assembly that needs to be installed and align it with the cylinder liner. Then, place the connecting rods inside the cylinder liner one by one and slowly lower the piston assembly. Cylinder liner tensioner is a specialized tool designed specifically for disassembling engine cylinder liners.When shutting down, first reduce the load, restore the excitation variable resistor to reduce the voltage to a small value, then cut off the switches in sequence, and finally stop the gasoline engine operation. If the machine is shut down directly, there is a high possibility of a short circuit or other damage to the generator, which could result in severe damage.
