On September 19, 2026,The 29th Beijing Taiwan Technology Forum AI+Green Development ForumHeld at the Chaolin Songyuan Hotel in Beijing. With the theme of "Beijing Taiwan Hand in Hand Smart Green Integration", the forum is under the guidance of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Zhongguancun Science Park Management Committee of Beijing Municipal Commission of Science and Technology, hosted by Beijing Green Industry Development Association, Beijing International Science and Technology Cooperation Center (Beijing Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Science and Technology Cooperation Center), and undertaken by Beijing Information Association, Zhongguancun Beijing Enterprise Cloud Ladder Science and Technology Innovation Alliance, Taiwan, China Computer Business Association Federation, and Taiwan, China Green Energy Industry Alliance. Nearly 200 representatives from the industrial and academic sectors of Beijing and Taiwan attended.

The Beijing Taiwan Science and Technology Forum is an important platform for cross-strait economic and trade exchanges and cooperation, a platform for leading technological innovation, and a platform for showcasing integrated development. The forum aims to implement the deployment of the "15th Five Year Plan" on comprehensively implementing the "Artificial Intelligence+" action, accelerating the development of new quality productivity, and promoting green and low-carbon transformation. It also implements the requirements of the seven departments' "Implementation Plan for Promoting Digital and Green Collaborative Transformation and Development (2026-2030)", and promotes the deep empowerment of artificial intelligence in green and low-carbon technology innovation and industrial development in Beijing and Taiwan.
The forum is chaired by You Jing, Director of the External Exchange and Cooperation Department of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology. Su Su Bo, the second level inspector of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Zhang Yan, director of Beijing International Science and Technology Cooperation Center (Beijing Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Science and Technology Cooperation Center), Ye Huiqing, consultant of Taiwan, China Computer Business Association Federation and Taiwan, China Green Energy Industry Alliance, former vice mayor of New Taipei, and Chen Kewei, chairman of Taiwan, China Chinese Young Entrepreneurs Association, delivered speeches.
The second level inspector of the Soviet Union stated in his speech that the municipal government has recently issued the "Beijing High precision and Sharp Industry Development Plan for the 15th Five Year Plan Period", which clearly lists artificial intelligence and green low-carbon as key emerging pillar industries for cultivation, and creates two new trillion level industrial clusters; The scale of Beijing's artificial intelligence industry accounts for about half of the country's total, and the number of large-scale model registrations ranks first in the country. The green manufacturing system is constantly improving, and all newly built intelligent computing centers use green electricity. The industrial endowments of Beijing and Taiwan are highly complementary, and they should promote technological collaborative innovation, jointly explore application scenarios, and share opportunities for the development of the capital.
Lin Yonghua, Vice President of Beijing Zhiyuan Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, Lin Jiahong, Permanent Honorary Director of Taiwan, China China Association for Industry, Commerce, Trade, Science and Technology Development, and Academician of Silicon Valley Research Institute of the United States, respectively delivered the keynote report entitled "From computational efficiency to input efficiency: FlagOS enabling sustainable AI infrastructure", "AI driven energy and new path of green transformation", and looked forward to the cooperation prospects of Beijing and Taiwan in the fields of smart energy, green manufacturing, data and verification standards from the dimensions of energy efficiency, computational efficiency, economic efficiency and asset efficiency.
