Main Features

automatic measurementThe OptiMelt melting point analyzer has a built-in digital camera that can continuously capture real-time images of the sample. It can not only be displayed in real-time on the computer screen for receiving and processing data, but also automatically saved for later analysis and playback of the detection results. In terms of automatic detection technology, the OptiMelt melting point analyzer adopts light absorption and reflection technology, and the high-resolution digital imaging detector can accurately detect the instantaneous changes in the light characteristics of the sample.
Easy to operate
The OptiMelt melting point analyzer is easy to operate. Simply select the starting temperature, temperature gradient, and ending temperature, press [START], and the results can be read from the LCD display, allowing the experiment to be conducted unsupervised. When the temperature stabilizes or the melting point measurement is completed, the instrument will sound and light an alarm. There are two glass shelves on the top of the instrument, which can be used to place empty or discarded capillary tubes. If not connected to a computer, the touch screen system of this instrument can also be independently controlled and operated, and display the measurement results. The operator can observe the sample from the front panel, and during the measurement process, the LCD menu button can be used to label six temperatures for each measurement.
the resultThe OptiMelt melting point analyzer uses platinum RTD sensors, with a temperature range of up to 400 ℃ and a resolution of up to 0.1 ℃. The instrument can be easily calibrated with standard samples, and can remember the data from the last calibration, which meets GLP standards and pharmacopoeia requirements.
Quick measurementThe microprocessor controls the temperature gradient of the aluminum heating module, allowing for rapid heating and cooling. The programmable temperature gradient is 0.1 ℃ -20 ℃/min, with increments of 0.1 ℃/min. The instrument can quickly preheat the temperature to slightly below the melting point temperature, which can shorten the analysis time.
data managementThe OptiMelt melting point analyzer meets the GLP melting point determination requirements and can store 24 different analytical methods, as well as 8 complete melting point reports. The measurement results can be displayed on the front panel, printed, or transmitted to a computer through a USB interface.
