The Liding economical shortwave infrared camera adopts an uncooled indium gallium arsenide detector and a professional heat dissipation structure, providing users with a small and lightweight product solution that is easy to integrate into various optoelectronic systems. This series has multiple resolutions of 320x256/640x512 and multiple output interfaces to choose from.

2. Wide band shortwave infrared camera

The Liding broadband shortwave infrared camera has the characteristics of high frame rate, high performance, wide detection range, and simple operation in the 0.4-1.7 μ m band. The product has a resolution of 640x512/1280x1024 to choose from, and uses the latest 5 μ m pixel size sensor to further reduce pixel size and improve image resolution, thereby simplifying the optical system. The maximum frame rate of full frame can reach 136Hz, using GigE interface, matched with dedicated display and control software, easy for users to use, and providing corresponding SDK to support users' secondary development. The movement adopts a compact structure, is lightweight, and easy to integrate with various optoelectronic systems. It has the function of opening windows at any position and can increase the frame rate in window mode according to requirements.

3. Refrigerated shortwave infrared camera

The Liding cooled shortwave infrared camera has the characteristics of high frame rate, high performance, wide detection range, and simple operation in the wavelength range of 0.9-1.7 μ m. It also uses a thermoelectric cooled indium gallium arsenide detector, which can effectively suppress chip dark current and improve imaging quality. This series can be equipped with an expandable InGaAs focal plane detector, which can extend the detection range to the 1.1 μ m-2.2 μ m band.

The Liding Research Short Wave Infrared Camera is a research grade deep cooled short wave camera developed by the Liding team, which has high sensitivity and quantum efficiency in the 0.9-1.7 μ m wavelength range.It adopts high-performance refrigeration design to regulate the temperature of the chipIt can be lowered to -80 ℃, thereby reducing dark current and working under ultra long exposure time, the image can also have high signal-to-noise ratio.
