In the past few years, the core task of intelligent manufacturing has been to "build up": installing systems, connecting devices, and building architecture. If it can run, it is considered completed.
But today, the focus of the industry is undergoing a fundamental shift:It's not about how many systems are built, but whether these systems truly create quantifiable value.

After realizing the need to evaluate, I realized that evaluation is much more difficult than I had imagined. Three issues repeatedly arise:
  There are many systems, and the value is unclearData is increasing, but efficiency improvement and cost reduction cannot be clearly quantified.
  The data exists, but it is not trustworthyDifferent systems have different calibers and time synchronization, and the evaluation results are difficult to support real decisions.
  The report is available, but it cannot be delivered to the groundThe evaluation conclusion lacks specific measures and cannot be transformed into an improvement path.
These three questions point to the same root cause:Poor performance evaluation is not fundamentally a problem with indicator design, but rather a lack of real-time and synchronization capabilities of underlying dataWhen AI algorithms attempt to mine value, even the most advanced models can only draw distorted conclusions if the input data has millisecond or microsecond level deviations in time. And TSN technology is the key to solving this pain point.

Industry discussions on intelligent manufacturing tend to focus on the "upper level" - how to design indicator systems and how AI can assist decision-making.
