Recently, Hangsheng Group and Zhuojun Holdings Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. At the same time, Hangsheng New Energy, a subsidiary of Hangsheng Group, and Yimaike established a strategic cooperation framework. The three parties will focus on three core directions: intelligent cockpit, embodied economy, and market and supply chain coordination, and jointly expand their business layout in intelligent cockpit, embodied economy, and other areas.
According to the framework agreement, Hangsheng's technological accumulation in the fields of intelligent automotive electronics and new energy control will form a strong complementarity with Zhuojun's industrial capabilities in intelligent seat, cabin system integration, and scenario based experience design, jointly promoting the high degree of collaboration between in vehicle intelligent interaction systems and intelligent cabin systems, and further consolidating the advantageous positions of multiple parties in the intelligent cabin industry chain.
At the same time, all parties involved in the cooperation will focus on the embodied economy, build an industry and technology synergy alliance through complementary resources and technologies, and accelerate the efficient transformation of artificial intelligence technology into embodied intelligent products.
At the market and supply chain level, Hangsheng's supply chain ecology and production control capabilities will be deeply integrated with Zhuojun's market channels and supply chain management experience to jointly improve cost efficiency and response speed.
It is reported that the achievement of this strategic cooperation is not only a key step for Hangsheng Group to implement the "1+2+N" new business matrix development strategy, but also an important conclusion for Zhuojun Holdings Group to deepen the dual wheel drive of "intelligent cockpit+embodied economy", strengthen the global supply chain ecology and overseas layout.
