The Eagle series products use Teledyne e2v's back illuminated CCD sensor, which is placed in Raptor's proprietary PentaVac vacuum package. The dark current is as low as 0.0001e/p/s, making it a long-term exposure camera.

The Falcon III EMCCD adopts the new generation CCD-351 back illuminated CCD sensor with e2v, with a gain of up to 5000x. The camera resolution is 1024x1024 and the pixel size is 10um. It can perform imaging detection in the 200-1000nm wavelength range.

Kestrel EMCCD camera

The Kestrel 1000 camera provides ultra-low readout noise, with a full frame output of 1000fps, and a maximum frame rate of 1800fps when operating in ROI mode. The Kestrel 1000 adopts an E2V frame transfer back illuminated detector with a maximum resolution of 128x128 and a pixel size of 24 µ m, which can obtain the best image in low light high-speed imaging applications. The quantum efficiency of Kestrel 1000 can reach 95%, and the digital output format is 16 bit Camera Link output to achieve low latency real-time imaging.
