If you press the "up" and "down" keys at this time, the display screen will sequentially show the words "clock setting", "instrument calibration", "ready for measurement", etc. Press the 'Confirm' button to enter the corresponding function interface.

After entering the measurement function interface, the instrument displays:

At this point, according to the type of relay being tested, use the "flip up" or "flip down" keys to select the type of test power supply that corresponds to the relay being tested; Connect the relay coil to the corresponding power output terminal, and connect the relay contact to the contact terminal (not energized). The output power types are displayed in sequence: "AC250V", "AC100A", "AC20A", "DC300V", "DC", "DC200mA".

ŒPress the 'Exit' button to return to the main menu.

Press the "Confirm" button to enter the measurement process. The instrument will first calibrate to zero (the displayed value should be between+1000 and -1000, the specific number may not be of concern to the user). After a few seconds, the instrument will display the corresponding value of the output power supply.

ZThe rotary voltage regulator can adjust AC voltage, AC current, and DC voltage; Rotating potentiometer can adjust DC current; The "Contact Status" displays the "closed" and "open" status of the contact.

At this point, you can press the "Measure" button to measure the pull in of the tested relay and disconnect the voltage (current) value three times; Press the "Measure Time" button to automatically measure the on/off time of the tested relay three times.

Press the "Measurement" button, the machine will measure the suction and disconnect the voltage (current) value three times, and then automatically calculate the average value and return coefficient of the three times.

During the experiment: When the display shows the "up arrow", the voltage regulator (or potentiometer) should be slowly rotated clockwise until the contact state changes; When the display shows a "down arrow", the voltage regulator (or potentiometer) should be slowly rotated counterclockwise until the contact state changes; Repeat this process three times. After the measurement is completed, you can press the "Print" button to print the test results, and press the "Exit" button to return to the measurement interface. The measurement results are as follows:

Measure the DC holding coil: first adjust the DC voltage (or DC current) to the rated value to activate the relay, press the "conversion" button, and the corresponding reading will be displayed on the second line; Adjust the DC current (or DC voltage) to the rated value again, press the "conversion" button, and the output of the first adjusted DC voltage (or DC current) will be disconnected. After a few seconds, the zero calibration is complete, and the instrument displays the corresponding output power value and internal correction factor. Adjust the voltage regulator and potentiometer appropriately to achieve a certain output value; Press the "up" and "down" keys to adjust the coefficient so that the displayed value matches the measured value, and the calibration is complete. Display as follows:
