The customer has sent a workpiece made of bearing steel, which requires drilling 1x9mm holes on the end face and 3mm holes on the side face. The equipment is a domestically produced cutting machine, and it is recommended to install one to two electric spindles MSIY-4020 with a power of 600W. One drill on the end face and one drill on the side face can be matched with a controller.

As shown in the figure, there are two small holes on the workpiece. The bearing steel material is relatively hard and requires a spindle with slightly higher torque to solve. This MSIY-4020 electric spindle has a torque of up to 60cN. m, an adjustable speed of 10-20000, and a jumping accuracy of within 3 μ m. The processing force and accuracy can be guaranteed.

As shown in the figure, it is the matching diagram of the MSIY controller, model E30-B80, with two MSIY-4020 electric spindles. The two spindles alternate processing without changing the tool, improving processing efficiency and accuracy.
