Gas shut-off valves are designed specifically for gas pipelines or devices. Attention has been paid to fire prevention requirements in terms of structure. The packing adopts O-ring, which ensures reliable sealing and material leakage. The sealing auxiliary material adopts polytetrafluoroethylene or nylon for the valve body material, which is a soft seal and reliable sealing. Composed of a multi spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator or a floating piston actuator and a regulating valve, it receives signals from the regulating instrument and controls the cutting, connection, or switching of fluids in the process pipeline. It has the characteristics of simple structure, sensitive response, and reliable action. The compressed air or nitrogen required for the gas source should be filtered, and the medium flowing through the valve body should be a gas free of impurities and particles.

Gas cut-off valve is an anti pinch valve installed on urban gas pipelines and can automatically close by electric drive according to various detected emergency situations involving gas safety. The valve should be able to automatically close and reliably cut off the gas source when its continuous power supply voltage drops below 15% of the rated value or when it receives an external valve closing control signal. It can only be manually opened and can remain open when there is no power.

Gas shut-off valves are used in the following situations:

1. Connect with combustible gas leakage monitoring instruments. When the instrument detects a combustible gas leak, it automatically and quickly closes the main gas supply valve, cuts off the gas supply, and promptly prevents the occurrence of malignant accidents.

2. Connect to the maximum temperature (or pressure) safety controller of the thermal equipment. When the temperature or pressure at the detection point inside the device exceeds the set limit value, the gas supply valve will automatically and quickly close, stopping the supply of fuel.

3. Connected to the fire alarm system of high-rise buildings, when a fire occurs in the building, the gas supply inside the building will be automatically cut off to prevent gas explosions.
