The driving type scraper suction machine adopts a four point support walking beam that spans over the horizontal sedimentation tank, and steel rails are laid on both sides of the tank to ensure precise guidance. The equipment runs back and forth along the length of the pool in a bilateral driving manner, with the driving wheel tightly engaged with the steel rail, achieving smooth and unbiased movement. When the scraper component reaches the end of the pool, the stroke control device is triggered, and the equipment automatically turns back and continues the suction operation, forming a closed-loop working cycle of "outbound return". The suction system continuously sucks sediment from the bottom of the tank during the walking process, and transports it to the sludge collection tank through pipelines to avoid secondary sedimentation of sludge. This design improves sludge cleaning efficiency while reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs through mechanical structure optimization and automation control.
1、 Working principle
The driving type scraper suction machine is usually parked at the outlet of the sedimentation tank. First, water is injected into the water seal box to submerge about 100mm above the pipe mouth. At the same time, the vacuum pump is started to suck the air in the suction pipe. After a certain vacuum is formed in the pipeline, the sludge will be continuously pumped out of the tank through the suction pipe. At this time, the contact signal of the electric pressure gauge closes the vacuum pump, and at the same time, the driving motor is started to make the sludge discharge machine move forward along the steel rail. The suction pipe continuously sucks and discharges sludge until it reaches the other end of the sedimentation tank. When it touches the return travel switch, the driving motor stops first and then runs in reverse, and the sludge discharge machine starts to run back. When it reaches the initial position, it touches the travel switch, the sludge suction machine stops, and the solenoid valve automatically opens, allowing air to enter the siphon system, breaking the vacuum and stopping the sludge discharge.
2、 Main features

It is processed with hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion technology to ensure that it will not rust for 5 years. The parts that come into contact with water are made of 304 stainless steel, which greatly extends the service life.
