Recently, the graduation ceremony and scholarship donation ceremony of Omron Order Class were held grandly at Shaanxi Industrial Vocational and Technical School and Guangxi Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as "Shaanxi Institute of Technology" and "Guangxi Mechanical and Electrical"). Omron senior representatives and hundreds of teachers and students gathered together to celebrate the successful graduation and employment of 86 order class students from the 2015 cohort of the two schools. Among them, Guangxi Electromechanical, as a new member of Omron's school enterprise cooperation, will have all 13 graduates from the first cohort work for Omron.

High level representatives from Omron Corporation, including directors and GMI department head Jing Yoshikawa, Omron (China) Co., Ltd. Vice President Michio Nakamichi, and Omron Process Innovation China department head Toshiyuki Iwaoka, attended two graduation ceremonies and presented graduation certificates to the graduates of the order class. They were also awarded a total of 426000 yuan in scholarships to recognize the outstanding performance of the students during their school years and to help them better engage in their new career life. In addition, representatives from Omron's senior management, accompanied by the school and teachers and students present, observed the presentation of the graduates' learning achievements and highly praised the teaching results of the order class.

Representative Omron from Zhongdao presented a scholarship of 400000 yuan to the "Shaanxi Institute of Technology Order Class"

In his speech, Zhongdao Jiaoxian, Vice President of Omron (China) Co., Ltd., congratulated all graduates and encouraged them to work hard and fulfill their respective responsibilities in the workplace in the future, making contributions to Omron and even China's manufacturing industry. When talking about Omron's future development plan and talent strategy in China, Zhongdao said, "With the implementation and promotion of Omron's' VG2020 '(Value Generation 2020) plan, Omron will further increase its investment in China's development, and the demand for local talents in China will continue to increase. The talent cultivation cooperation program jointly launched by Omron and Chinese universities aims to cultivate more professional talents for Omron's development and China's manufacturing industry

Omron has been jointly offering the "Omron Order Class" with Chinese universities since 2010. The "Shaanxi Institute of Technology Omron Order Class", which was established early on, has trained over 330 graduates for Omron in just five years. They have entered Omron company to work in production technology, production management, quality management, design and development, and some students have grown into technical backbone of the company or been entrusted with important tasks by the company to exchange and learn in Japan.

In view of the successful experience of Shaanxi Institute of Technology, Omron has continuously deepened its school enterprise cooperation plan. In 2014, it jointly established the "Nanning Omron Order Class" with Guangxi Vocational and Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in the South China region, continuing to cultivate high-quality comprehensive talents in the manufacturing industry that are in line with enterprises through professional courses with Omron characteristics.

Since entering China in 1986, Omron has been focusing on the cultivation of local talents and contributing to China's manufacturing education through cooperation with national and major universities. With the release of "Made in China 2025", the demand for manufacturing talents in the manufacturing powerhouse strategy continues to increase, and Omron is also constantly exploring innovative education models to cultivate talents for China's manufacturing industry. As Zhongdao Jiaoxian said, "The important position of the Chinese market in Omron's future development strategy is self-evident. How to ensure the cultivation of a large number of local talents to support China's manufacturing power strategy and achieve the sustainable development of Omron's business in China will be a topic that we will continue to pay attention to and strive for in the future.
