Intelligent three-phase ammeter is an advanced power measurement device with the characteristics of high precision, high stability, and high reliability. Made with industrial grade components, all external connections are electrically isolated and equipped with built-in lightning protection circuits and power filters. It can directly replace conventional power transmitters and measuring instruments as an intelligent and digital front-end acquisition component, widely used in various control systems, SCADA systems, and energy management systems.
Structural analysis of intelligent three-phase ammeter:
1. Measurement unit
Communication sampling technology: Adopting communication sampling technology, real-time and accurate measurement of three-phase current parameters is achieved through the built-in high-speed and high-precision AC voltage and current acquisition module. This technology ensures high precision and reliability of the sampled data.
Magnification setting: The membrane switch on the front panel of the instrument allows users to set the magnification, making it easier to adjust the measurement range and accuracy according to actual needs.
2. Power module
Power supply method: Usually using three-phase power supply, it can maintain normal operation even when any phase of the three-phase three wire or any two phases of the three-phase four wire are disconnected. This improves the reliability of the device in unstable power supply environments.
Power management: In the event of a loss of AC power, the energy meter can maintain data and keep the clock chip working, ensuring that data loss is not caused by sudden power outages.
3. Display and operation interface
Display mode: The intelligent three-phase ammeter supports two display modes: LCD display (with backlight) and digital tube display. These display methods can be selected according to the usage environment and personal preferences, ensuring clear reading of data under different working conditions.
Operation interface: Through the panel membrane switch, users can easily set and view the working status and measurement results of the instrument.
4. Communication interface
RS485 communication: equipped with RS485 communication interface, supporting MODBUS protocol, capable of remote data transmission and centralized monitoring with other devices. This provides convenience for building an intelligent power monitoring system.
Wireless communication: Some models also support industrial grade GPRS/GSM/CDMA modules with high-speed full duplex, enabling wireless network communication and further expanding its application in remote monitoring.
5. Input/output module
Switching input/output: The instrument has switching input and output functions, which can be used to receive external signals or control external devices, achieving richer automation control functions.
Analog output: Provides analog outputs such as 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-5V, etc., which can be connected to other monitoring systems or recording devices for further processing or display of measurement data.
Alarm output: Equipped with relay alarm output function, it can issue alarm signals when abnormal situations such as high, low, and imbalance are detected, reminding users to handle them in a timely manner.
