Talk about electronic scales
Date: 2025-02-17Read: 28
Electronic crane scale is one of the common weighing instruments, widely used in port terminals, transportation, metallurgical industry, steel market, building materials market, warehousing, coal, paper and industrial and mining enterprises for loading and unloading cargo measurement, process measurement, raw material in and out measurement, and warehouse inventory measurement. The instrument needs to be used in conjunction with lifting equipment for weighing, reducing operational steps, accelerating measurement speed, and completing measurement work during loading and unloading. It can also achieve long-distance data transmission, keeping operators away from dangerous and harsh working environments.
Usage environment:
1. Hanging scales are precision measuring instruments rather than general lifting devices and locks, so when not used for measurement, please store them properly in a cool and dry place.
2. The hanging scale cannot work in a high-temperature environment for a long time. When there is a high-temperature source on site, even if a high-temperature insulation device is used, attention should be paid to minimizing the residence time. The general principle is that if the bottom of the scale body shell does not feel hot to the touch (below 70 ℃), it will not have any adverse effects on the hanging scale.
3. The scale body should be very careful to avoid severe collisions and rainwater immersion, especially to prevent the scale body from falling off the hook, causing damage to the scale body or even personal accidents.
If the electronic scale cannot be used, check it from the following five aspects:
1. Check for any abnormal odors on the scale body or instruments, such as transformers, plastic wires, printed boards, etc., which may emit significant abnormal odors due to circuit heating, burning, etc.
2. Check if there are any abnormal sounds in the instrument part of the scale, if there are any alarm sounds, and if the intervals between alarm sounds are regular.
3. Check the display status of the monitor, whether there is any damage to the appearance, and whether there are any broken or poorly soldered components.
4. Whether the operation function is normal and whether the buttons are flexible can be combined with "listen" and "look" to narrow down the scope of fault diagnosis and lay a foundation for the next step.
5. Touch the integrated chips and electronic components to feel if their temperature is too high. For suspicious components, you can directly replace them with good ones. This method is particularly effective for faults with high overall current.
