Electronic car scales use the principle of strain electrical measurement for weighing. A strain gauge is attached to the elastic body of the weighing sensor to form a Wheatstone bridge. When there is no load, the bridge is in a balanced state and the output is zero. When the elastic body is subjected to a load, each strain gauge produces strain proportional to the load, and the external load can be measured by the output voltage.
1、 Instructions for use
1. After the installation of the weighing instrument, it must be verified and qualified by the local metrology department or a nationally authorized metrology department before it can be put into use.
2. Before use, first check whether the scale body is flexible and whether the performance of each supporting component is good.
3. After the instrument is turned on, it can only be used after the zero point is stable.
4. When the vehicle enters the weighing platform (or places heavy objects as gently as possible), the speed should be less than 5km/h, then slowly brake, and measure after the vehicle comes to a complete stop.
5. Try to stay in the center position of the weighing platform as much as possible.
6. The instrument reading must read the correct weight value when the "stability" indicator light is on.
2、 Maintenance and upkeep
l、 To ensure accurate system measurement, prevent wind and rain erosion, and facilitate operation, it is required to set up work sheds and measuring scale rooms.
2. There should be a gap of 10-15mm at the junction of the weighing platform and the slope, and no collision or friction is allowed.
3. The weight of the measured cargo truck should not exceed the rated weighing value of the system.
4. To ensure the normal measurement of weighing instruments, they should be regularly calibrated.
5. There must be no foreign objects stuck under the weighing platform.
6. Scale operators must undergo training before operating, and repair personnel are not allowed to disassemble components without mastering the necessary knowledge, in order to avoid affecting measurement accuracy or damaging the system.
7. The operator of the instrument must thoroughly digest and absorb the instructions of the instrument, master the basic principles, and be familiar with the maintenance methods of the instrument before officially operating and using it.
8. Before powering on the system, it is necessary to check whether the power and grounding devices are reliable. When shutting down after work, the instrument power plug must be unplugged and the power supply must be cut off.
