SBN-SGQ-35E deviation switch triggering method and sensitivity
1、 Trigger mode parameters: Adopting a bidirectional mechanical trigger stroke design, adapted to the bidirectional detection requirements of belt deviation, the trigger component adopts a roller structure, driven by the lateral pushing force of the belt to avoid direct friction damage to the belt.
2、 Sensitivity core parameters: trigger angle ± 15 °, trigger sensitivity can be fine tuned, fine tuning range ± 3 °, trigger force range 8-20N, can accurately trigger even in low tension belt scenarios, avoiding the risk of missed reporting.
3、 Power supply parameters: Suitable for AC 220V power supply, working voltage range 187-242V AC, voltage fluctuation tolerance ± 15%, static power consumption ≤ 12mA, suitable for stable operation of industrial conventional AC power supply network.
4、 Output type and parameters: Configure passive normally open/normally closed dual contact output, with a contact capacity of AC220V/5A, supporting direct connection to PLC control system or alarm circuit, meeting the requirements of fast transmission of fault signals.
5、 Adaptability to working environment: The normal working temperature range is -30 ℃ to+75 ℃, and the storage temperature is -40 ℃ to+85 ℃. It can adapt to outdoor low temperature, high temperature exposure, and humid and hot working conditions in the workshop, and has stable sensitivity under temperature changes.
6、 Protection level requirements: The protection level should reach IP65, with the ability to prevent dust and spray water, and can resist outdoor rain, snow, and workshop dust invasion. The sealed structure of the shell has undergone aging resistance testing.
7、 Installation and adaptation parameters: Support bracket installation, adapt to belt width of 600-2400mm, recommended installation spacing ≤ 50m, installation surface and belt edge parallelism requirement ≤ 2mm/m, to ensure triggering accuracy.
8、 Reset and anti-interference characteristics: It supports manual reset after triggering, with a reset accuracy error of ≤± 1 °, and has anti electromagnetic interference and surge protection capabilities. It has a built-in overvoltage protection circuit that can resist electromagnetic radiation interference in industrial sites.
