3、 Technical parameters of corrugated tube flexibility tester:

1. Specification of corrugated pipe: Φ 50mm, Φ 60mm, Φ 75mm, Φ 90mm, Φ 100mm, Φ 115mm, Φ 130mm.

2. Test piece length: 1100mm.

3. Bending radius: 1500mm and 1800mm.

4. The adjustment range for the spacing of the bending support mechanism is 50-100mm for R1500 specifications and 100-150mm for R1800 specifications.

4、 Instructions for using the bellows flexibility tester:

1. Fix a 1100mm long sample vertically on the testing platform, select a suitable curved support plate, choose a support plate with a curvature radius of 1500mm for inner diameter ≤ 90, and a support plate with a curvature radius of 1800mm for inner diameter>90.

2. Slowly bend the sample to the curved template position on both sides within a range of 900mm above the sample by hand. Bend back and forth five times.

3. After the sample is bent to the final bundle position and kept in a bent state for 2 minutes, select a flexible plug gauge suitable for the diameter of the pipe, place it in the corrugated pipe, and observe whether the plug gauge can pass smoothly. If the plug gauge can pass smoothly, the flexibility of the plastic corrugated pipe is qualified. On the contrary, it is not a qualified product.
