4、 Operating instructions:

1. Calibration: (Prepare a 1L measuring cylinder before calibration)

After the device is turned on, click on "Calibrate" to enter the calibration page. Enter any liquid volume (unit needs to be unified, 1L=1000 milliliters) and click on "Calibrate". The device will run to the set liquid volume and automatically stop. Enter the actual liquid volume in the measuring cylinder and repeat the process three times in a row.

Note: The device has a reverse suction function. If the water pump is running normally and there are water bubbles coming out of the water supply tank, clicking the "reverse button" can solve the problem.

2. Equipment water supply:

After equipment calibration, release the quick connector on the upper end of the spray rack, place the hose into the water supply pool, press the "reverse button" on the display and set any value, click start, the equipment will automatically supply water to a certain amount of water (water volume user controlled), click the end button and press the "reverse button" to install the water supply hose in its original position. (Note: You can also pour water directly into the pool, be careful not to splash it into the instrument.)

3. Installation method

After the sample is prepared, place the sample holder and water blocking cover on the water tank of the testing instrument in sequence, then seal the water blocking cover around with sealant, adjust the position of the nozzle, and fix the liquid level sensor with tape on the side wall of the water blocking cover at any height. (Note: Do not touch metal objects with the liquid level sensor).

4. Testing method:

After completing the above requirements, set the "flow acceleration" value. Clicking on 'Start' will cause the device to run according to the value of flow acceleration and display the flow rate and velocity. When the liquid level in the water blocking cover reaches the sensing liquid level, the device will emit a buzzing sound and shut down. At this time, record the required values for the formula and perform calculations.

5、 Standard required test steps

Samples of permeable bricks with a small side length greater than 100mm5 yuan.

1. Dry the sample in a drying oven until the mass change does not exceed 0.1%

2. Soak the dried sample in distilled water for 20 minutes and then remove it.

3. Place the sample face up on the support frame, adjust it to horizontal, open the instrument program control system, and adjust the waterproof cover and liquid level collection device according to the nozzle position and detection collection area.

4. Record the waterproof cover area S and the height h of the liquid level collection device from the sample surface, and set the flow rate acceleration V 'of the metering pump

5. Click Start, the flow of metering pump will increase continuously, and the top spray will simulate the process of light rain increasing to rainstorm, and the alarm will give an alarm to measure the final permeability rate of Zui VD
