1) Ensure that there is a circuit breaker connected between the frequency converter and the power supply to prevent accidents from escalating in the event of a frequency converter failure.

2) To reduce electromagnetic interference, please connect surge absorbers to the coils of electromagnetic contactors, relays, and other devices in the circuit around the frequency converter.

3) For the wiring of analog signals such as frequency setting terminal AI and instrument circuit (AO), please use shielded wires with an area of 0.3mm ² or more. The shielding layer should be connected to the grounding terminal E of the frequency converter, and the wiring length should be less than 30m.

4) Relay output and digital input (X1 X4) should use twisted or shielded wires with an area of 0.75mm ² or more. The shielding layer should be connected to the common terminal CM of the control terminal, and the wiring length should be less than 50m.

5) The control line should be separated from the main circuit power line, parallel wiring should be separated by more than 10cm, and cross wiring should be perpendicular.

6) The connection between the frequency converter and the motor should be less than 30m. When the length of the connection is greater than 30m, the carrier frequency of the frequency converter should be appropriately reduced.

7) All leads must be securely fastened to the terminals to ensure good contact.

8) The withstand voltage of all leads must match the voltage level of the frequency converter.
