Application of Sifang V350 frequency converter on CNC lathe

CNC lathe, also known as computer numerical control lathe, is currently the most widely used and widely covered type of CNC machine tool in China. It occupies a very important position in CNC machine tools and has been widely valued and rapidly developed by countries around the world for decades.
A CNC lathe is mainly composed of a host, a CNC device, a drive device, an auxiliary device, and other subordinate equipment. It is primarily used for processing various shaft or rotating parts, and can actively complete cutting processes such as cylindrical surfaces, circular arc surfaces, end faces, threads, etc. It is suitable for processing shaft or disk parts with complex shapes and high precision requirements.
The CNC lathe requires the spindle drive to have: ① wide speed regulation scale (0-150HZ), ② stable speed (small shaking required when the load is uneven), ③ short acceleration and deceleration time (1-3 seconds), ④ large low-frequency torque, ⑤ strong overload capacity, ⑥ low noise, ⑦ small oscillation, ⑧ long service life, etc. Due to process requirements, in order to improve production power and enhance the level of lathes, higher requirements have been put forward for lathe spindles in the future
1. The rotation speed is more stable, which enables the cutting of workpieces to achieve higher smoothness, while achieving the required accuracy for rib turning.
2. Require the spindle to provide greater cutting torque on an equal lathe.
In response to the above usage requirements, the common way in the profession is to change the spindle motor from AC asynchronous to servo spindle or permanent magnet synchronous motor, which invisibly increases the equipment cost. On the basis of fundamental use, the Sifang V350 frequency converter is equipped with a frequency divider card, and the spindle speed closed-loop control can be completed by using the original encoder of the machine tool spindle to respond to signals.
