Beijing Longyuan AFS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Longyuan Forming") is a subsidiary of Beijing 3D Printing Technology, Inc. Established in 1994 and registered in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park. Since the successful development of * laser rapid prototyping machines in 1994, we have been dedicated to developing complete sets of metal and non-metal laser equipment and laser comprehensive manufacturing platforms, while also providing application processing services for rapid prototyping and laser intelligent manufacturing. It is an enterprise in China that develops, produces, and sells laser selective powder sintering rapid prototyping machines (industrial grade 3D printing). It is recognized as a high-tech enterprise by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, a high-tech enterprise in Zhongguancun, and an innovative enterprise in Haidian District. It is also a member of the China Additive Manufacturing Industry Alliance and the China 3D Printing Technology Industry Alliance.
As a professional large-scale 3D printing (metal, non-metal SLM/LMD/SLS) technology and laser processing equipment service provider in China, Longyuan Forming provides personalized customized services such as metal 3D printing, rapid casting, laser processing, plastic parts processing, etc. to users through its independent intellectual property rights in 3D printing, laser intelligent manufacturing equipment and products, comprehensive processes, and strong technical strength. Longyuan Forming Processing Service Center has rapidly manufactured large quantities of irregular and complex parts for industries such as aerospace, automotive and motorcycle, and pump valve bodies.
Through the research and development of our technical team and the industrialization of our core technology, Longyuan Forming currently possesses complete sets of metal laser 3D printing equipment with independent intellectual property rights, including metal laser 3D printing (SLM and LMD), sand mold/wax mold/high-performance polymer material printing (SLS), covering models such as metal powder coating AFS-M90, M120, M260, M300, coaxial powder feeding AFS-D600, D800V, etc, AFS-360、500、LaserCore-5300、 SLS equipment of models 6000 and 7000, as well as complete sets of equipment and technical processes such as laser welding, laser remanufacturing, laser surface modification, and laser core components. We have nearly a thousand equipment and processing service users, covering fields such as aerospace, automobile manufacturing, petrochemicals, mining, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding, military industry, medical care, culture and art, as well as research institutes and universities.
The company has applied for nearly 20 copyrights, passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, and holds multiple product registration certificates. Participated in the drafting of national and industry standards such as GB/T 14896.7-2004 Terminology for Special Processing Machine Tools and JB/T 10625-2006 Technical Conditions for Laser Selective Sintering Rapid Prototyping Machine Tools.
