Electronic descaling device is a non chemical and consumable physical water treatment equipment that changes the crystal structure of hardness ions such as calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate in water through electromagnetic or electric fields, thereby achieving the effects of scale prevention, descaling, and corrosion inhibition.

There are two main working principles of electronic descaling devices:

Principle 1: Electromagnetic induction descaling (common)

Principle 2: Electric field descaling (pulsed electric field)

By generating specific frequency pulse electrical signals through electronic modules, an alternating electric field is formed in the water body inside the pipeline, enabling:

Reduce the scaling activity of calcium carbonate

Increase the activation energy of calcium and magnesium ions in water

Accelerate microcrystalline nucleation

Promote a change in the initial nucleation mode of scale molecules

Thus achieving a similar effect as the electromagnetic type.

The electronic descaling instrument changes the nucleation process to transform the CaCO3 crystals from easily scaling to less adherent crystal forms.

Improve Zeta potential

The charged particles in the treated water increase, causing mutual repulsion and maintaining suspension without clustering.

Affects the structure of water molecule clusters
