Working principle of electronic water processor:
High frequency electronic water processor is a high-tech energy-saving product that uses physical methods for water treatment. On the basis of maintaining the chemical composition of raw water, it changes the physical structure of water molecules to achieve the effect of scale prevention and removal. At the same time, the micro electric environment generated by high-frequency magnetic field can inhibit the growth of microorganisms, thereby achieving the purpose of sterilization and algae elimination. This product is composed of a high-frequency power generator and a set of alternating electric field transducers connected through high-frequency cables. The product types are divided into various forms such as straight through type, corner through type, same side type, opposite side type, etc. It can be widely used in air conditioning systems, industrial cooling systems, heat exchange systems, hot water boiler systems, and various other water equipment systems.

Features of electronic water treatment products:
1. Advanced Technology: Resonance Field Electronic Water Treatment Technology, also known as Variable Frequency High Frequency Electromagnetic Field Water Treatment Technology, is a new trend in electronic water treatment technology;
2. Strong adaptability: able to adapt to different water qualities;
3. Compared with fixed frequency products, the usage effect is more significant;
4. Low energy consumption, small size, light weight, and low resistance;
5. Long lifespan: The new descaling device has a lifespan of over 20 years;
6. Filtering function: Type II water processor (multifunctional electronic water processor) has filtering and backwashing sewage functions, which can eliminate the need for filtering equipment in the management system.
Technical specifications of electronic water treatment equipment:
1. Input power supply: 220/50HZ
2. Suitable for water quality: total hardness ≤ 1000mg/L (calculated as CaCO3); Water temperature ≤ 90C; nominal pressure 1.0Mpa, 1.6Mpa; Flow velocity ≤ 2.8m/s
3. Usage performance: descaling, descaling, sterilization, algae killing, corrosion rate ≤ 0.125mm/a, effective time ≥ 3h
Installation and precautions for electronic water treatment equipment:
1. Determine the specifications of the water treatment instrument based on flow rate, pressure, and pipe diameter;
2. Electronic water treatment units should be connected in series in pipelines, close to major equipment such as condensers, heat exchangers, cooling towers, etc; The water entering the heating area in the circulation system must flow through a water treatment device, which should be installed on the circulation pipeline. This equipment should be installed at the outlet pipe of the water pump, and installation at the suction pipe should be avoided as much as possible;
3. New equipment and systems can directly install water treatment units. For systems with severe scaling (scale thickness ≥ 2.5mm), the scale must be removed before installing the water treatment unit to prevent scale from falling off and blocking the pipeline;
4. A bypass pipeline should be installed in the circulating water system that operates year-round to facilitate maintenance of the water treatment unit without shutting down the machine;
5. Electronic water treatment units should be installed indoors, and if they need to be installed outdoors, rainproof devices should be installed; During installation and handling, do not subject the electronic controller to force or moisture;
6. A barrier free space of no less than 600mm should be reserved above or along the opening direction of the electronic controller for maintenance purposes;
7. This product should be used with caution on steam or pipe rack boilers.
Maintenance and upkeep of electronic water processors:
1. The electronic water treatment device (electronic descaling device) has been strictly tested before leaving the factory. Users are not allowed to open the host casing for debugging, otherwise it may cause damage to the circuit.
2. After the entire water system is debugged and qualified, simply connect the 220V/50Hz power supply to the electronic water processor (electronic descaling device) to start running.
3. In order to prolong the service life of the electronic water processor (electronic descaling device), it is recommended that the electronic water processor should also be powered off and stopped when the system stops running.
4. During operation, the fully enclosed circulation system should discharge at least once a month, with each discharge not less than 5% of the total water volume of the system; A semi closed loop system should be discharged at least once a week. Control the concentration factor not to exceed 4-5.
5. When the system operates seasonally or is shut down for a long time, an appropriate amount of corrosion inhibitor should be added to the water before the system is shut down to reduce corrosion and protect the system; When the system is restarted, an appropriate amount of biocidal stripping agent should be added and rinsed to remove the biological sludge formed during shutdown.
