The sensor is designed as a clamp type sensor with flexible inserts, which can detect the flow velocity of liquid in hard tubes of different diameters within a few milliseconds. Typical industrial applications in the semiconductor industry include wafer cleaning equipment, lithography equipment, mixing equipment, chemical supply systems, or slurry pipelines. Sensors are non-contact with liquids and are suitable for all applications with strict hygiene requirements, such as biotechnology, pharmaceutical industry, or chemical industry.

External clamp type ultrasonic two-stage measurement, dry coupling, no coupling agent is required to detect the flow velocity of liquid in plastic pipes of different diameters or materials within a few milliseconds. The sensor is non-contact with the medium, has no wear, and does not require maintenance.
