The measurement accuracy is 0.5 level, realizing LED on-site display and remote RS-485 digital interface communication, using MODBUS-RTU communication protocol.
One Installation and wiring
2. Installation method:
1). On the fixed distribution cabinet, choose a suitable location to open an installation hole of the appropriate size.
2). Take out the power meter, loosen the positioning screw, and remove the fixing clip.
3). Insert the instrument into the instrument hole of the distribution cabinet.
4). Insert the fixing clip of the instrument and fix the positioning screw.
3. Terminal wiring:
Note: L-N is an auxiliary power supply. Please wire it correctly according to the instrument casing wiring diagram!
1). Auxiliary power supply: This series of power instruments has a universal (AC/DC) switch power input interface. Unless otherwise specified, standard products with 220V (AC/DC) or 110V (AC/DC) power interfaces are provided. The maximum working power supply voltage of the instrument is AC/DC: 80-270V. Please ensure that the power supply provided is suitable for this series of products to prevent product damage.
A. It is recommended to install a 1A fuse on the live side of the AC power supply.
B. For areas with poor power quality, it is recommended to install surge suppressors in the power circuit to prevent lightning strikes, as well as fast pulse group suppressors.
2). Input signal: This series of products adopts a calculation method where each measurement channel is separately collected, ensuring symmetry during use. It has multiple wiring methods and is suitable for different load forms.
Instructions:
A. Voltage input: The input voltage should not exceed the rated input voltage of the product (100V or 400V), otherwise PT should be considered, and a 1A fuse must be installed at the voltage input end.
B. Current input: The standard rated input current is 5A. If it is greater than 5A, an external CT should be used. If other instruments are connected to the CT used, the wiring should be in series. Before removing the current input connection of the product, be sure to disconnect the CT primary circuit or short-circuit the secondary circuit. It is recommended to use a wiring harness instead of directly connecting to the CT for ease of disassembly and assembly.
C. Ensure that the input voltage and current correspond, with phase sequence * and direction *; Otherwise, numerical and symbol errors may occur!! (Power and electrical energy)
D. The configuration of the instrument input network is determined by the number of CTs in the system. In the case of 2 CTs, the three-phase three wire two component mode is selected; In the case of 3 CTs, choose the three-phase four wire three element mode. The input network NET set in instrument wiring and programming should be the same as the wiring method of the measured load, otherwise it will cause the voltage or power measured by the instrument to be incorrect. Among them, in the three-phase three wire system, the voltage measured and displayed is the line voltage; In three-phase four wire systems, the voltage measurement displays the phase voltage.
