Grain dryer is mainly used as a drying equipment for drying grain materials, among which the grain drying tower is the most widely used and has relatively mature technology. It adopts a tower structure, equipped with a hot air stove and a drying tower. After the material is added at the bottom, it is lifted to the top of the grain dryer by a bucket elevator. The material can be uniformly in contact with the hot air, and the water vapor generated during the drying process can be discharged in real time from the reserved dehumidification hole. 3、 Working principle of grain dryer:
After cleaning, the grains are lifted into the interior of the grain dryer by the elevator and piled up on the upper edge of the storage observation hole by their own weight, stopping feeding. Ignite the hot air stove, turn off the cold air damper of the fan, turn on the hot air damper of the fan, and turn on the fan to supply hot air. After one hour, the grain discharge circulation mechanism is activated, and the grains are evenly distributed and circulated. They come into contact with hot air and are heated, causing the moisture of the grains to be discharged from the inside out until they meet the drying requirements. Then open the quick discharge port to release the grains, and the drying process is complete.
