1. Technological advancement

Deodorization System - Built in deodorization system ensures that any odor gases generated during the biological sterilization process can be absorbed and processed by the deodorization system, resulting in a thorough deodorization effect

The maximum sterilization working temperature is 138 degrees Celsius

Zero steam emissions - professional grade condenser system, where water vapor is converted into water through the condensation system during sterilization, truly achieving zero steam emissions

Prevent sterilization overheating - including a 0.2um air filter and air pump. After sterilization is completed, the cooling device rapidly lowers the temperature inside the chamber to prevent sterilization overheating and improve efficiency

It can store 1000 sterilization process records, and can be queried and printed for easy traceability and management. One sterilization process record contains 30 sterilization record information (taking the sterilization program at 121 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes as an example, a time, temperature, pressure and other information record is issued every minute during the sterilization stage)

Five level password permission control, the user operation permissions of the instrument are divided into five levels, and each level of user has an independent password, which facilitates the good use and management of the instrument, especially suitable for quality management in pharmaceutical factories

4. Product safety
Overpressure dual protection - equipped with mechanical safety valve and electronic overpressure protection system, once the pressure is abnormal, it can release pressure and power off alarm.

Adopting an evenly distributed column lock cover device, the force on the lock cover is more uniform and safer than traditional lock covers

Closed lid inspection system - the system automatically checks the locking condition of the chamber lid. If the chamber lid is not locked, the sterilizer cannot work automatically

Automatic fault detection system - the system detects the operating status in real time, quickly shuts down and alarms in case of any abnormalities, and displays the fault situation at the same time

Electric dual internal lock - Real time monitoring of the switch status inside the chamber to ensure that the chamber cover is closed in place before starting work.
