The ZG sampler is designed and manufactured based on UOP technology, and is suitable for leak free sampling of various media, especially toxic, flammable, explosive and other hazardous medium and low-pressure gas and liquid media, in the process conditions of pipelines in petroleum and chemical plants. The sample has strong authenticity, high accuracy, and no residual liquid or gas emissions, effectively preventing toxic and harmful media from harming the operator. At the same time, it will not pollute the environment, avoiding dangerous accidents caused by flammable and explosive media during sampling. Comply with national requirements for environmental protection, fire prevention, and explosion prevention regulations. The main material of the sampler is 304 or 316L, with a generous and gorgeous appearance.
The ZG type online sampler mainly consists of an emergency valve, a transmission screw, a valve body, a screw bracket, a handle, a plunger, an outlet pipe, a sealing component, and a connecting flange.

1. Align the mouth of the sample storage bottle with the outlet of the sampling valve. If the medium is gas, use an 8mm diameter hose to connect it to the outlet of the sampler to prevent medium leakage.

2. Slowly rotate the sampling valve handle counterclockwise until the medium flows out of the outlet (do not shake the handle quickly, otherwise the medium will splash onto the operator, causing unnecessary injury)
3. After the sample is collected, immediately rotate the sampling valve handle clockwise until the screw is fully screwed in.
4. The sampling valve with a cooler should be connected to the coolant before sampling (the coolant temperature must be higher than the condensation point temperature of the medium)
