Machine tool features:

1. The castings are all manufactured using resin sand technology, with aging and shaping. The guide rails are subjected to ultrasonic quenching treatment, with a hardness of HRC55.

2. The spindle adopts a high-precision design with three-point support and four bearings, high rigidity spindle, and absolute temperature rise not exceeding 35 ℃. Each pair of gears and spline shafts inside the front box have undergone high-frequency quenching treatment and precision grinding to ensure long service life, low noise, and minimal vibration.

3. The rapid feed system can effectively improve work efficiency, and there is no need to change the coupling wheel in the threading and cutting process. It has 24 gears and a maximum spindle speed of 1600rpm.

4. Reliable safety device with emergency brake button. The feed system is equipped with an adjustable overload protection device.
