The XF-3520 automatic heat treatment oil cooling performance tester is the latest high-tech product developed by our company, which is at the international advanced level in terms of appearance and automation level. The instrument is suitable for measuring the cooling performance indicators of heat-treated oil. Due to the use of a microcomputer fully automatic detection and conversion system in the instrument, the previous X-Y recorder has been replaced with computer data processing software, making the entire experimental process clear at a glance.
Instrument characteristics
1. The instrument is controlled by a microcomputer and has a high degree of automation. As long as the parameters are set and the START button is pressed, the entire experimental process and printing of measurement data will be automatically carried out. If an additional measuring unit is added, two sets of experiments can be conducted simultaneously
2. The large screen Windows interface displays a hyperbolic image (including temperature control status, silver rod temperature, time/temperature logarithmic curve, test data, and the entire experimental process at a glance).
3. The instrument is equipped with a standard RS-232C communication interface, which can be connected to the central control computer for networked quality management.
4. The instrument is designed as a desktop structure, compact, small, and reasonable, making it easy for laboratory layout.
5. The instrument control department uses imported components to ensure the reliability of the instrument.
6. The instrument has a fault alarm display function, which facilitates fault diagnosis.
