The XF-3241 Jet Fuel Dynamic Thermal Oxidation Stability Tester is a new analyzer suitable for measuring the dynamic thermal oxidation stability of jet fuel. This instrument has the advantages of small size, light weight, small dosage, short test cycle, and high analysis accuracy. This method uses a 600ml sample to flow at a flow rate of 3ML/min through the surface of a heated test tube at 200-370 ℃, pass through a test filter, and return to the upper part of the oil cylinder. The filter is a porous precision oil filter that can capture the products produced by the deterioration of fuel oil during testing. The degree of deposition of deteriorated materials is represented by the magnitude of the pressure difference before and after the filter, and the magnitude of the pressure difference and the color grade of the surface sediment on the test tube are used as the criteria for evaluating the dynamic thermal oxidation stability of jet fuel.
The working and analysis principles of the instrument meet the requirements of ASTM D3241 and the standard method of GB/T 9169 "Determination of Thermal Oxidation Stability of Jet Fuel (JFTOT Method)", and are carried out according to the method. The measuring instrument can be divided into two main parts; Analyze the system and control system.
