Box type industrial chiller is an industrial cooling equipment that uses air or water as the condenser cooling medium and water as the refrigerant carrier. It is widely used for cooling equipment or molds in various industrial fields such as plastics, electronics, food, medicine, electroplating, chemical industry, printing, coating, laser and optical disc production.
According to the different cooling media, industrial chillers are divided into air-cooled and water-cooled types, which customers can choose according to their on-site conditions;
The box type industrial chiller unit can be equipped with a built-in chilled water pump and water tank, minimizing on-site installation work. Only the inlet and outlet pipes of the unit need to be connected to the equipment in use. The built-in stainless steel water tank can automatically adjust the water flow in the water pipeline, and can achieve automatic water replenishment and overflow; At the same time, it can effectively buffer water temperature fluctuations caused by changes in usage load and stabilize the operation of the refrigeration system;

The compressor is a fully enclosed scroll compressor (or piston type) imported from Europe and America, which has low vibration, strong resistance to liquid impact, high efficiency, and a wide working temperature range
★ Intelligence:For units with multiple compressor heads, the microcomputer will automatically remember the operating time of each compressor, and the compressor with less operating time will be activated first during the next start-up; When unloading and running, priority will also be given to unloading and shutting down units that have been running for a long time, in order to achieve balanced operation of each compressor and extend the service life of the entire machine;
★ Stability:Zhongyou integrates globally renowned supplier resources to order each component of the unit, ensuring the high quality of each component and ensuring stable overall quality of the machine.
★ Wide:In order to meet the different temperature requirements of industrial cooling and freezing in various industries, different series of scroll type industrial dedicated compressors are used. The chilled water temperature ranges from 15 ℃ to 35 ℃, and excellent technology ensures stable operation under extreme conditions; Box type industrial chillers can achieve various low-temperature water supply. By adding appropriate antifreeze on the chilled water side, a water outlet temperature of 0-35 ℃ can be achieved. The commonly used antifreeze solvents include ethylene glycol, sodium chloride, and calcium chloride solution. It is recommended to use them in practical applications
Customers set different concentrations of antifreeze solutions based on the outlet temperature. Please refer to the attached table for the freezing points of each solution;
★ Efficient:The unit adopts an internationally advanced fully enclosed vortex industrial refrigeration dedicated compressor, which significantly improves the compression efficiency and heat exchange efficiency of the compressor, ensuring efficient operation of the unit.
★ Energy saving:The unit adopts a self-developed energy-saving control program to ensure that the unit operates automatically according to the set working conditions, maximizing the smooth and energy-saving operation of the unit.
★ Simplicity:The unit structure is simple and has a good human-machine interface. Within the safe operating range of the unit, the operating conditions of the unit can be freely set. Once set, the unit can operate on its own and adjust its energy in real time, making it easy to operate.
★ Anti corrosion:The evaporator of the low-temperature saltwater unit is processed with imported high-efficiency anti-corrosion materials, which are not ordinary materials for anti-corrosion treatment, ensuring the service life without affecting the heat transfer efficiency and effectively avoiding permanent damage to the unit caused by perforation of the evaporator due to corrosion of the refrigerant.
★ Safety:The unit has a complete protection system, and all unit faults are displayed in both Chinese and English on the operation screen, effectively avoiding damage to the unit under harsh working conditions, protecting the safe operation of the unit, and extending its service life. Standard protections include: compressor overload protection, compressor overheating protection, water pump overload protection, cooling fan overload protection (air-cooled type), refrigeration system high pressure protection, refrigeration system low pressure protection, insufficient water flow protection, anti freezing protection, anti frequent start protection, and power phase error protection
Overvoltage and undervoltage protection. The vortex generator adopts an independent modular design to achieve free combination of capacity, easy to use, and high reliability.
★ Environmental Protection:In order to better protect the atmosphere, in addition to using HCFC22 refrigerant, HFC407C and HFC134a can also be used. Low temperature chillers can also use green and environmentally friendly refrigeration media such as dedicated HFC404A;
