(2) Tornado Nozzles Product Introduction

In rotational motion, the arms of the tornado nozzle mesh precisely like gears, creating absolute synchronicity. Circular cleaning areas overlap to provide seamless cleaning results across the entire product surface. Compressed air is discharged from the nozzle at the speed of sound and effectively separates particles and dust from flat, structured, or irregular surfaces. Rotating tornado nozzles or fixed power nozzles work within the tornado passage. The rotating tornado nozzle is particularly suitable for cleaning irregular surfaces or structured surfaces.

The main task of a fixed power nozzle is to clean surfaces with blind or through holes. Each nozzle can be activated through mechanical valves or signals from solenoid valves. If the solenoid valve is connected to the existing overall control system, the consumption of compressed air can be kept within limits.

The cleaning nozzle is installed at fixed intervals on the U-shaped aluminum profile. The air splitter and spacer roller are located at the inlet and outlet of the channel.
