Working principle of green walnut peeling machine:
This machine adopts free rotary cutting and peeling. Walnuts enter the rotary cutting roller area, and the high-speed rolling roller begins to cut the green skin. Walnuts roll freely at the same time, and their various surfaces are cut by the roller. The cleaned walnuts have a small diameter and are not easy to be cut. They continuously roll out of the rotary cutting area, and a small amount of uncleaned green skin is removed by a wire brush. Clean walnuts roll out of the processing area and enter the container. New walnuts are constantly fed in and stripped before being discharged. The distance between the partition and the rotary cutting roller can be automatically adjusted, and can also be manually adjusted by adding or removing shims according to the size of the walnut in the region and the thickness of the green skin, in order to reduce the cracking rate and improve the cleaning rate.
