The WD43 high-strength plate leveling machine is designed to solve the specific problems of high-strength plates, composite plates, explosive plates, and welded plates. It was completed in cooperation with German experts. The model consists of multiple sets of single piece beams, with each upper roller installed on an independent single piece beam. Each single piece beam has an independent set of transmission and displacement measurement devices.

High equipment production efficiency:

This machine adopts patented single beam technology, and the upper roller has more pressing methods than ordinary leveling machines. In addition to other leveling functions such as parallel and inclined pressing, it can also be arranged in a V-shape. The leveling machine can feed in both directions, and the opening of the feeding end is enlarged, which solves the problem of difficult feeding of sheet metal in ordinary leveling machines with overall inclined adjustment of the upper roller system, reduces auxiliary feeding time, improves worker's operational safety, and especially solves the problem of inability to adjust the upper roller in the middle of ordinary leveling machines. By increasing the pressing amount of each upper roller, especially the upper roller in the middle, the correction principle of straightening must be correct is fully realized. The deformation of the sheet metal is more complete, and the leveling accuracy is higher. The blind spot of sheet metal correction is small.

Good device stability:
In the traditional overall tilting form, as the sheet metal moves from the inlet to the outlet, the stress on the sheet metal is gradually released. The steel structure frame gradually changes from four support points at the front and rear to two support points at the discharge end. At this time, the elastic deformation at the feeding end is restored first, while the existence of the sheet metal at the discharge end does not restore the elastic deformation, causing the beam to swing back and forth, and the accuracy of the inlet and outlet roller gaps to fluctuate, resulting in a large blind spot of empty correction at the end of the sheet metal.
WD43 has a monotonic structure, with each upper roller beam having two support points. The upper roller beams are equipped with vertical guide rails between each other. With the leveling of the sheet metal, the elastic recovery of the upper roller beam will not cause adjacent upper beams to swing, and the elastic deformation is a constant. Therefore, the pressing process parameters remain stable and unchanged, and the stress of the sheet metal is uniform after leveling, with small blind spots in the sheet metal.

Low energy consumption of equipment:

The machine also has a variable roll number correction function, which uses different working roll numbers according to different sheet thicknesses, which is beneficial for reducing energy consumption and extending the service life of the machine.

High degree of CNC system:
This CNC system has reached the international advanced level. By inputting parameters such as plate thickness, plate width, and strength, the CNC system automatically calculates the pressing amount (or directly calls the leveling expert database data), completes the adjustment of the leveling pressing process parameters, and facilitates the rapid leveling of the leveled workpiece, greatly improving production efficiency.
