The performance parameters of high-pressure explosion-proof fans mainly include flow rate, pressure, power, efficiency, and speed. In addition, the magnitude of noise and vibration is also significant.
Explosive substances caused by explosion-proof blowers: Many production sites produce certain flammable substances. About two-thirds of the underground coal mines contain explosive substances; In the chemical industry, over 80% of production workshop areas contain explosive substances. Oxygen: Oxygen in the air is ubiquitous. Ignition source: Electrical instruments are widely used in the production process, and various frictional sparks, mechanical wear sparks, electrostatic sparks, high temperatures, etc. are inevitable, especially when instruments and electrical components fail. Objectively, many industrial sites meet explosive conditions. When the concentration of explosive substances mixed with oxygen is within the explosive limit range, if there is an explosion source, an explosion will occur. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt explosion-proof measures.
The YB2 series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor has the following main advantages:
1. 2. High explosion-proof and reliable operation: The motor protection is extremely IP55, and the shaft through position adopts a V-shaped shaft seal ring. The junction box adopts a circular sealing ring with encrypted sealing to improve the machining accuracy of the main components. The machine base adopts a parallel and vertical heat sink structure to increase the heat dissipation area and other electrical and mechanical design measures. In terms of dust and water resistance, the motor operation is more reliable.
Precautions for installation of high-pressure explosion-proof blower:
1. Flat washers and spring washers must be used to tighten screws;
2. Can use rubber buffer to withstand the weight of vortex air pumps, especially high-power vortex air pumps, *;
3. For certain occasions where noise is required, a muffler can be installed to reduce noise (usually around 5dB). The muffler is installed at the end of the inlet or outlet duct;
4. For certain situations where high noise requirements are needed, a layer of soundproofing foam can be added based on the machine's own conditions to meet the on-site noise requirements. 5. When using sound-absorbing foam for noise reduction, pay attention to the distance between the vortex air pump and the box, the ventilation and heat dissipation of the vortex air pump, and the use of rubber buffer to bear the weight of the vortex air pump. 6. The inlet and outlet pipes of the vortex air pump should be connected using hoses to isolate vibrations.
Before opening the fan box, the packaging should be checked for completeness and damage, the nameplate parameters of the fan should meet the requirements, and all accompanying accessories should be checked for completeness and completeness.
Carefully inspect the fan for any deformation or damage during transportation, ensure that the fasteners are not loose or detached, check for any rubbing of the impeller, and inspect all parts of the fan. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, it should be repaired before use.
Measure the insulation resistance between the fan casing and the motor winding with a 500V megohmmeter, and the value should be greater than 0.5 megohms. Otherwise, the motor winding should be dried, and the temperature during drying should not exceed 120 ℃.
Prepare all necessary materials, tools, and site for the installation of the fan.
Maintenance precautions: Regardless of the brand of high-pressure explosion-proof blower, two aspects of protection are required: pressure and dust.
1. For pressure, a pressure relief valve is often used, which is an unloading valve. When the operating pressure of the high-pressure fan exceeds the set pressure of the pressure relief valve, the pressure relief valve will automatically open to release the excess pressure and protect the high-pressure fan.
2. For dust, filters are often used. It often uses filter cartridges with different filtration accuracies according to different usage scenarios. Different filter cartridges have different maintenance methods and service lives, which need to be clarified when ordering.
In some special occasions, special protection is also necessary: for example, when using in a sealed environment, attention should be paid to ventilation and heat dissipation; When the ambient temperature (intake temperature is relatively high), it is more important to pay attention to ventilation and heat dissipation, or choose a high-pressure fan that allows for a higher intake temperature (such as a temperature resistant high-pressure fan that allows for an intake temperature of up to 70 degrees); For certain brands of high-pressure fans, there may be their own usage recommendations. Before purchasing, it is important to have a detailed understanding.
Improper operation of high-pressure explosion-proof blower explosion concept: In a very short period of time, it releases a large amount of energy, generates high temperature, and releases a large amount of gas, causing high-pressure chemical reactions or state changes in the surrounding medium. The rapidly released energy will cause violent impact and damage to surrounding objects. The three conditions that must be met for an explosion are: 1) Explosive substances: substances that can react with oxygen (air), including gases, liquids, and solids.
